Diesel Technician Wanted
Are you a problem-solver with a passion for keeping heavy-duty engines roaring? Compass Truck & Tool Repair is hiring a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team in Wappinger Falls, NY! We’re a Heavy Duty repair shop who offers service from PM's to all major repairs including diagnostics, computer repairs, aftertreatment systems and hydraulics. We are looking for talent to keep our fleet and equipment in top shape.
What You’ll Do:
*Diagnose and repair diesel engines on trucks, trailers, and heavy machinery
* Perform routine maintenance, inspections & part replacements.
* Use cutting-edge tools and diagnostics to tackle complex issues.
What We’re Looking For:
* Diesel mechanic experience.
* Knowledge of engine systems, hydraulics, and electrical diagnostics.
* ASE certification or CDL a plus, but not required.
* Your own tools preferred; we provide the big stuff.
